I am not 100% sure HOW they are made but there is velum paper and then some fancy lights to etch it onto the rubber stuff and from there I am lost. I am sure some kinda acid type thing to eat away the extra material

G'morning peeps!! Yet another work week interfering with life. Caught a nasty big ole rat last night. I think it was living in the compost pile before it was moved and it moved into the rabbit area. Set traps last night and no more rat. Hoping to get the bantam orp coop and pen done today after work if it stops raining. And did I tell ya the bantam Chocolate Wyandottes are looking great!!! I have 3 roosters crowing already.

Love it when new crows start up. Some are funny, some sweet, some freaky, and some make the dog howl. Ahhh chickens do a soul good.

Yup, I watched my 2 new crowers go in order for like 5 minutes. It's funny that I can identify who is crowing out of all my roosters. My husband has no idea how. They each have a distinct crow.

I love knowing who is who. I do have two that I can't really always tell apart. The Toppy and the Hulsey are both ear splitting crowers, and will crow on top of one another alot. I have a LCO that is starting to crow and has a similar crow to the rooster that went to COF. Deep and long. Those and the OEGB are my favorite to listen to. I like the little squeaks at the end of the tiny guys crows.
