It's 2 am here. I just sent off a payment for 10 BLRW chicks to be here on 5/22
That way if my eggs don't hatch I have a backup.

Chicken wire---------------keeps birds...................keeps NO predator out ever. Shade cloth is the same way, it keeps birds in and no predator out. You must always use welded wire and or hardware cloth if you want super secure pens. Otherwise its just a caged meal.

Good morning, OK to everyone I have Orp assortments or Choco Orps owed, to bare with me I have several broody hens

and a Lavender that lays when she wants

, as soon as we gather them I will ship them we will go down the list in order for priority, if you would rather have SFH they are laying everyday. We do have 3 Choco Orp pullets at POL so

. I am so happy this fall I won't have to depend on just one or two hens in my Orps, we are growing out some new blood lines for both Lavenders(which are looking great at about 10 weeks old) and also some Lemon Cuckoo's.

So bare with me if you will. Thanks very much, we will still be shipping just a little slower than we hoped, I have had so many broody hens this year, it must be contagious.
