So, those eggs that were "delivered" on Saturday, but not to me? I went to the PO this morning, and the lady was very nice, looked it up right there, called the carrier who wasn't home, took my number and told me she'd call. I told her they were hatching eggs and she was very concerned that I get them soon.

The saturday carrier just stopped by my house, to let me know that she made a mistake and delivered them to a house up the road. She had gone to his house, but he wasn't home, so she left a message with him to call the PO. She wanted to update me in person, so I was aware that she was working on solving the problem. She had her kids in the car, it was obviously her day off. So far I'm impressed, but I'm not sure how much longer the eggs will be good for. They are MF Leghorns from BM6. I'm so sad.

Not upset at the PO, they made a mistake and are doing their best to correct. More upset at the guy who got my box, because he didn't bother to bring it up the road to me.

OH NO! People are rude now a days, why wouldnt he have put it out to be collected today, or taken it to the PO saying it wasnt his? I hope he didnt toss it in the trash

I didn't even think about him tossing them out! Oh no! My carrier was told that he went to town, so she's hoping he was taking it to the office. At this point I don't think I'll hold my breath.

I have a package I mailed on the 13th. Since it hasn't been scanned since it left here they don't know where it is. I asked them if they are waiting until they hatch and fly themselves to their destination. Where oh where have my midget turkeys gone? Where oh where could they be?
