I got my newest box from KYT too and love the easter egg packing lol.Cant wait for the next ones to come.

Speaking of those packing jobs, 2 of 4 Turkey eggs are hatching!

....................remember to ALWAYS PM when you have eggs ready to send so the person receiving is aware they are ready. So they can let you know if there is a conflict (bator maxed out). PLEASE also remember to PM tracking numbers (or email) so receivers know eggs are coming and they dont sit for longer than they have to.

On another note.... I have CCL, Rhodebar, and crele orps going in the bator to test fertility... along with choc orps (after more fluff trimming)

Is it possible to have a plain black marans? The birchen marans that hatched are all penguin like except one is all black. Just curious.

I know with copper even if the copper does not express... they are still coppers. Not sure with birchens.... interesting question. Let me see if we can get an answer.

Interesting. Do they have a place in a breeding program? I am pretty sure this one is a boy. Biggest from the get-go and is taking on some EE boys two weeks older than it. They are only three weeks old right now, so still really hard to tell.

Yes, they are from her eggs big dark eggs too. I wish I was more skilled at incubating. I only hatched five but twelve developed to lockdown.
