How many birds do ya'll overwinter for your breeding programs, and generally how many of each breed to you keep, down to 2 or 3 hens that you like, or more depending on how they turn out? IF you have room, do you keep more than one rooster for diversity or do you just get new eggs from people with different lines to keep the genetics diverse?
