more cute chicks!!! Love those SFH's!! can't wait!!! interesting about the Isbars....The genetics and factors behind stuff like that is really interesting to me..

Speaking of.... How many birds do ya'll overwinter for your breeding programs, and generally how many of each breed to you keep, down to 2 or 3 hens that you like, or more depending on how they turn out? IF you have room, do you keep more than one rooster for diversity or do you just get new eggs from people with different lines to keep the genetics diverse?

Question after seeing DMRippy's offer... I'm trying to understand the sex link thing with other colors besides black and red sex link.... How does the Blue Copper Marans over the barred female work?? Do you get the white dot on the male chicks head still?? and the females are blue chipmunk striped? Am I understanding this correctly?
