As far as my spring swaps, I wasn't thinking 1st come 1st serve. I was planning on letting everyone that was expecting those certain eggs know the hens were laying. Then set up a schedule for everyone. Is that not the right way to go about it? Mine might start laying in dec. and if so I am going to start contacting peeps!

I have my spring egg list organized on who claimed what first. The first person who claimed is on top of the list and last person who claimed is on the bottom.

This is just how I have mine. I don't want to make the person who claimed them first wait longer than the last person who claimed.

Actually, my splash Ameracuanas have started laying so I'm very close to starting on my splash olive egger project.
