try a styrafoam cup you can cut down a little for silkies, if its a slippery cup, put vet wrap or something on the bottom so they can grip. They should be able to stand ok in it and if they stand all the way UP they can see out. Sometimes lids for liquid laundry soap are silkie size.

Okay, think I found a cup. Now how long do I leave it in there and I'm assuming back to the hatcher it goes.

My little NJ hatched yesterday, was laying flat on her side this morning...






You can leave them 1-2 days if necessary. They can go 3 days before they need to eat or drink. But hopefully within a day chick should be up and about.

I jsut give them food and water a few times a day to give them a rest from the cup, they dont like the cup a lot.
