Haha so DH sold some of his knife collection and has a PayPal balance... I've been taking from that to pay for my swaps, and with the send/refund last night he asked "Okay what's up with this swap thing?" I gave him the reader's digest and he said "Okay, let me get this straight... You're spending my money on future eggs that will go through the Postal System, then cost me more money to incubate, and then if they hatch they'll cost me more money to feed for months of uselessness. Oh! And then they'll just keep costing me money until they piss me off enough that I eat them." I just said "Uh yep! Love you!" Hahaha love him

Funny! Someone local has Rhodeabars??? from GFF and they are laying GREEN EGGS She got rid of the roo and complained to GFF and they were no help. She spent a TON of money on those birds and they are USELESS to her now, just high priced layers.

Sounds like one of the legbars got in with the rhodebars!! might be hard to tell, they look pretty similar. That stinks!

I'm not a big fan of GFF right now. It stinks to pay a lot for import birds and they are not what they are suppose to be. Like egg color. You would think GFF would have better Customer service then they do.

I will let you know...... I will have to see them to know how hard it would be to sex them. I have some from other people too, so I will not breed them together. I don't think the WHITE is a good thing, just a fluke. Like my Lavender White chick.

I want to hatch a White Legbar rooster and put him over some Marans and easter eggs. He'll make beautiful chicks.

I'm not a big fan of GFF right now. It stinks to pay a lot for import birds and they are not what they are suppose to be. Like egg color. You would think GFF would have better Customer service then they do.

My guess is they are struggling with growth...sales are growing and the company needs to adjust...otherwise things start to slip through the cracks. Customer service is usually the first to go, lol.
