Hatching question

Im on day 23 and there is one egg in there that started to hatch early this morning and i can see the broken shell pieces moving but hasnt made anymore progress, so should i help the little guy out or just leave it alone?

From what I have heard and im new so hopeuflly somen else will answer,,, they can take 24 hours or so after pipping to make progress.

give it time. it maybe resting it is hard work busting out is a shell.
if you dont have to then dont help it.

Don't help the chick, he may take up to 24 to hatch on his own. Have you candled the eggs yet ?
