I am new to this. Can someone tell what temp I use and how often do I turn them. Any other tips appreciated. Thanks.

:welcome!

Temperature depends on what kind of incubator you have; forced air and still air use different temperatures. For turning, if you are hand turning you want to turn them at least three times a day, but more is always better, and you want to try to turn them an odd number of times.

I wrote this article, which may be helpful to you:

https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/the-beginners-guide-to-incubation.73350/

What are you incubating? Chicken eggs generally need it to be 99.5 degrees F. Humidity is just as important. About 50 % for the first 18 days and up to about 70% during lockdown.
What type of incubator are you using?

Just wanting to add that the best humidity kind of varies from area to area. For example, 30% works best for me. If I were to keep it at 50%, the eggs wouldn't lose enough moisture and the chicks would drown. So trial and error is best at first to pin down what is going to work for you, either by weighing the eggs to track moisture loss or monitoring the air cell growth :)

You have received some good advice but one very important thing you are going to want to do is keep record of your hatches and every detail matters time of year, eggs, temp, humidity, and location of incubator oh do not have the incubator near a door that will be opened during the hatching process .. But really with all the incubators on the market today you should have no problem with your hatch ...
