When my chicks started hatching they blew out my perfectly organized egg layout. The eggs are getting punted all over the place. Not really that bad but definitely alot of moving. Is this ok? This is my first hatch and overall things seem good!

Just keep an eye on things. If you have a few late ones that are struggling, you can briefly open the bator to remove your little athletes, or set the late ones in a basket in the bator so they don't get kicked around. Be sure to orient the pips up, or at least not down! If you do intervene, be on the look out for shrink wrapping in the late ones.
