Chicken wire, sadly, is not raccoon-proof.
You will need to fortify that coop at the bottom.

It wasn’t a raccoon I’m sure because we saw hawk poop everywhere and the hawk was trolling the quail - boy half of 2 humans

Your coop still needs reinforcement...not trying to be critical...just want you to be aware that your birds are not safe with only chicken wire. I found that out the hard way.
To my knowledge, hawks can not move logs nor dig holes.

Yes, hawks can kill thru CW.
Raccoons are better at it, would have torn victim up and pulled the pieces thru.

I didn't know a hawk could do reach through chicken wire. I've only seen hawk kills out in the open.

I didn't either until I read a few stories here of it happening.
Possible but not common, they must have to be mighty hungry.

Likely a sharp shinned hawk. They seem VERY attracted to my quail run and are small enough to easily reach through chicken wire.

Hardware cloth. It will keep most hawks out. saved mine multiple times. you wont regret it.
