It sounds as if she's improving, albeit slowly. It wouldn't be surprising if she has slight brain damage from the attack since her head was involved. That would account for the "wobblies".
I would try a daily dose of B-complex and vitamin E to help repair neurological damage. Give her some boiled egg each day for the selenium in it and the digestible protein.
i had 8 wk pullet that had a hawk attack the end of oct 2017.. she lived in a parrot cage in the living room until spring. She finally recovered enough to go back out then and went broody in july. still has a squinty eye
