well u could b right..but idk..my chickens all get along with each other.. the only time they peck each other is when there eating..and this was done when there on the nest..and my one had gold brwn feathers stuck to her beak and i dont got any golden brwn hens or any that color..but u you could b right..but it still could of been the hawks mate. as well
