HCG???? Any success???? Any not so much success????

I know 10-15 lbs doesnt sound like much to some but to me its getting me back to me..I'm not stupid and I realize with age it is alot harder work to maintain but Im up for the challenge as the big 40 is this year that is my goal...15-20lbs-I guess I better get a battery for the scale- I took the batteries out of so I didnt weigh myself and get postal!!!

PS..Ill be staring March 21st-AFTER I get back from a girlfriend overnighter-egg swapping pigout fest-maybe Ill use Sat/Sun of the trip to Fat gorge!!!? Yah thats it I can kill two birds with one stone!

Perfect fat loading opportunity. At least you just took the batteries out, I threw the whole thing in the trash, I stopped just short of meeting the trash man at the corner and asking if they could do the little compression thing right after picking up my trash, (but I did think about it!!!!)

When you are just 20 lbs over you can dress to hide it so others don't truly know how big you are, but there is no way to hide it from yourself. Also I think people in general say that b/c then it isn't bad if they are bigger then they want to be. I think the only one we need to please w/ our look is ourself, that is if you are healthy (mentally no food/weight mental issues)
 
Wow I totally agree-it is easy to hide I did it for years-then when i lost the weight it was sooo freeing-I was able to wear T-shirts that were form fitting ( not hoochy) and everything I had always wanted to wear and slowly have gone back to the big hoodies and jeans--I love them dont get me wrong I wore them when I was thinner too but once in a while it would be nice to surprise myself :)
 
Week two update and observations.

It has been significantly easier this week, some mild hunger, but it seems to go away on its own, but I do need to drink more water. (have always disliked drinking water). Most people would probably be helped by a colon cleansing product, to help move things along. Monitoring the portion size sure has been eye opening for what a "serving" really is. Even though the meals are small I am full and satisfied after eating. It also has helped me to see just how much I used to "snack". I have never been a "big meal" eater, but snack a lot and have justified it in my own head as "it's okay b/c it is a healthy snack" I will make alterations when I am off hcg to correct that.

I also have been putting my meals on a small plate so it still looks like a full plate of food.

This week I did not lose as much wieght, but more inches which is really what I am after anyway. I haven't been able to be as active this week, but plan to get back on it this week and will probably add some high energy yoga or pilate's this week.

Here's the totals lbs lost this week 1.4 for a total of 9.7

Inches lost this week 4.25 for a total of 6

I have never done the health food stores colon cleanse, I personally think they are high priced laxatives. Just being aware of frequency and adding a helping hand before it gets out of control is what I was meaning. (by whatever method you favor)
 
This is week 3 and the half way point.

Energy level is still high, no hypoglycemic events, no extreme discomfort, still just a little hunger that subsides on it's own.

Weight loss this week is 4 lbs, for a total of 13.7

Inches 3 for a total of 9

Forgot to post week 4 results yesterday so here they are:

4.6 lbs lost for a 4 week total of 18.3

3.5 inches lost for a 4 week total of 12.5

Glad you are doing so well on this. I'm glad that you're planning on making some adjustments for once you get off, too.

hCG likely works because it is increasing your levels of steroid hormones. It is very similar in structure to LH (leutenizing hormone), which is what stimulates production of testosterone (and estrogen, indirectly). hCG is given to horses occasionally to determine if they are cryptorchids (it will stimulate increased testosterone production if there is a testicle present - only a slight increase is seen if the animal has been fully castrated). You will produce enough testosterone in your ovaries and adrenal glands to make a significant difference in your hunger level and muscle mass, which is why its so effective.

There are lots of pros and cons, but I don't think I would want to stay on it long term if I were you. Good luck with everything.

Im going to start this weekend I promise-I just keep forgetting the drops before I eat -its too late after I eat isnt it?
