It is by no means a miracle, it still takes work and dedication to both follow the plan then the follow up period. It is all about permanently changing eating habits over the long term. It takes the edge off the hunger, but you still have to deal w/ the psychological desire and physical hunger, you still have to make permanent changes to the way you eat when you stop the drops. The plan calls for a recovery period of 4-6 weeks of a reasonable restricted diet of carbs, sugar, and fat.

The extreme restiction on calories during the drops readusts your thinking to what an actual serving of food is also.

I have also noticed an unexpected side effect, I have had more energy over the past two days. I have woke up significantly earlier w/o an alarm clock then is normal for me. And through the day I haven't felt as tired either. We'll see if that continues, but so far so good.

This morning was official weigh in and I lost 8.3 lbs this week, that includes the 3.5 I gained during fat load, and 1.75 inches over all.

My friend that started just before me is at day 17 she has lost 18 lbs and 16.75 overall inches.

I also made one other modification, I am GF so cannot eat the melba toast, so I got the no sugar added knock off of V8 and I have that first thing in the morning instead.

Be prepared the first 4-5 days you are going to be miserable!!!! But it will get MUCH better.

I told my family and do you want to know what my dear FIL did, he brought me over the huge hershy almond bar!!!!!!!! I hit him w/ it.
 
Im bad you know what Im thinking-ok no milk?? can I use powdered creamer? LOL If I can seriously get through the first week and see results as fast as you then Im good as gold that is me I need to see results to keep moving forward--even 2-3 lbs and Id be happy
 
Everyone that I know personally that has done this (upward of 13 so far) that has any where near stuck w/ the program has seen around 8 lbs the first week ( but that actuallly is 5 lb loss since you add about 3 on your fat loading days) The people that I know have had anywhere from 15 lbs to hundreds to lose. I know several of that number have kept it off for 1 year now, and one has lost over 120 lbs he is just finishing up his last round that he intends to do. Several people have gotten blood work done during and just after using it and it has come back w/ much better numbers then they are used to getting for cholesterol, triglicerides, blood glucose levels etc....

Several site say don't exersize, I have been digging garden dirt all week, a couple of days all day long w/o any ill effects, healthy amount of activity and exersize is promoted by the better sites, but I don't know about something like px90!!!! But then again if I were disposed to do px90 I wouldn't be taking hcg!!! lol
