Im going to start this weekend I promise-I just keep forgetting the drops before I eat -its too late after I eat isnt it?

I am unsure of the rational behind the drops before you eat thing. Most of the time that is the way I do it b/c it is recommended that way, but if I forget (has happened several times) I just make sure not to eat or drink anything for about 30 minutes after taking the drops, I haven't noticed any differences either way.

At least someone is still enjoying chocolate!!!!!! 4 weeks is the longest in my adult life w/o chocolate!!!!!! I'm already planning on some options for chocolate in two weeks, like sugar free hot cocoa made w/ soy milk.

I received my drops yesterday, so today is Day 1! I've already changed my eating habits and continue to improve on them. I was in some serious stressful situations and realized that I was stress snacking. I was also drinking way too many sodas. Now I drink water all the time and enjoy walkong on the treadmill. Add in the renovation of two houses and I'm getting a lot of exercise. I've already lost 7 pounds, but I seem to have come to a dead end. I just need something to kick me over the weight wall that I have been stuck at for over a year. I'd be happy with 5, ecstatic over 10 and anything over that (within reason) is icing.

First week is rough, but it gets dramatically better after about day 5. The hCG will definately help take it off, but the trick is keeping it off, the lifestyle changes you have already made will help w/ that, you definately need both to be successful long term. Congrats and good luck, keep up posted.

You know when I was in my twenties, I could think "I need to lose a pound" and bam, it was done! No effort. I hit thirty and the brain no longer seems to wield as much influence over the body.

This is week 5 officially, but I changed up my plan. I stopped the hcg at the end of week 4 and am going to do 4 weeks off hcg w/ a 1200-1500 cal eating plan, then go back to 4 wks of hcg. So this is week 1 of recovery

I have lost .6 lbs I am at 143 even, and no changes in inches anywhere. I consider that a huge win, 1 week off eating more normal and no weight gain!!!!

I have to admit Im scared- I officially took the time to read the Book given wth the HCG and the chances of me packing the weight back on very fast is unreal. I know its a lifestyle change-a drastic one. So I think Im going to sit on the bottle and just wait for now. Sitting at home because this weather is forcing me to stay inactive at home-per say-worries me and I will wait until the sun comes out more! Great job with you though!!!!

I did the HCG diet, lost 5 lbs first week and on day 8 got real sick, no energy etc. I think my problem was that it says don't increase calories even if you are working out. psssh, I do a lot of weight lifting and do moderate cardio, I was worn out quickly, not enough fuel for my muscles. I quit the hcg, increased my calorie intake (to about 1200 calories a day) and continued working out and kept losing. Big thing was the type of food and amount of calories consumed, jmo....and experience
