He hatched! Umbilical cord attached though?!😬

So happy! but.. it looks like he still has some yolk on his rear and the umbilical cord is still attached to him to the egg. He’s just dragging the egg around he’s out of the egg but it’s just dragging behind him. Any advice? Should I take out of the incubator and help him somehow? (Images below.)

Hi, there... I'm new to hatching chicks but had a similar experience with our last hatch. I watched the chick for a while. Eventually, the cord dried up a bit and the shell fell off. I left the chick in the incubator for 24 hours to dry. After I moved it to the brooder, the cord continued drying up and came off on its own.
