HE JUST SHOWED UP!!

I call him Big guy, when I do he COMES running to me. I'm sitting in a chair and sure enough, he hops on my lap, so I carried him around, what he did next was soooo awesome. He fell asleep. LOL.. heres some more pics..

Krista74 YOUR A FUNNY GIRL, lol from where? LOL LMAO..

Hanging from the neck. I would like to figure him out and get him some mates. OMG, that would be awesome. One thing I have noticed he doesn't crow but talked in this deep voice a lot.. If that helps any...

Voice is kind of sexy. LOL

Here's the pattern on his back..

I think I'm gonna have to go with Black Australorp

I have looked at tons of pics and the Orphington, seem to have Big Butts and this guys is definitely lacking one. The Australorp seems more his type. i looked at feather shaped and everything thing else and this guy seems to fit those features. THANK YOU ALL. Will look up getting him some mates now...

Oh, he IS a handsome boy! And I see what you mean about the hair! I must say, I don't think I was far wrong with the hippy statement! He does have a bit of a mane going on there, doesn't he?

I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. It looks like he has come to you in need of a good home, and in return you will have the pleasure of owning a boy with such a beautiful nature.

Not everyone welcomes a stray 'roo into their homes so willingly, but I think this is what's called a blessing in disguise.

Hope you continue to enjoy him,

He looks a lot like my female Australop with his greenish oil-spill black feathers. Thanks for all of the up close pictures. Looks like you have a new pet.

I am enjoying the crap out of him, he's soooo sweet, just follows me around like a little puppy dog. LOL none of my others follow me around except a few silkies but this guy. LOL he wants to be held and talk, OMG I love the deep dark voice. LOL...

The second pic is him on my lap. LOL, I have a LAP DOG - oops ROOSTER... lol

It's been four weeks, I think I can now say I'm a proud new owner of this big huge giant rooster.... Lol he hasn't crowed yet but does talk a lot in a very deep voice.. Still EXTEMEMLY friendly. Now to work on getting him a mate..
