Health Adviced Needed!

Hi All, newbie here from the UK. We have 3 birds, but 1 is not looking her greatest at the moment. Her colour from a nice light brown has gone very dull and colourless. Also the back of her neck seems to look spikey with white tips. She has got a lot smaller too to look at. Any advice on what it could be and any cures would be very much appreciated. Thank you all. Hi DobieLover, and thank you for replying.
She is roughly 10 months old and is fed Layer pellets and sunflower seeds as morning treats! No weight records, never thought of trying to weigh her tbh.
Pics are attached, the other 2 seem to be fine.

Yes, her and the Polish spotty one have been bit have now stopped, its too cold now! Lol

It's not the cold so much as the shortened days.
I don't see anything too concerning with your pullet. I would get a weight on the girl you are concerned with. Then continue to monitor her. Weigh her again in 2 weeks at the same time of day and see if she is gaining, losing or holding steady.
I'm no fan of layer feed. I don't feel it offers optimal protein levels. I prefer to offer Flock Raiser, All Flock or a non-medicated chick starter with 18-20% protein and put a container or two of oyster shell out for the active layers to supplement their calcium levels.
