Heartbroken need advice, please!(long post,sorry)

I am exhausted tonight. To much for one day. They still aren't back home, but I am not giving up. And you all have convinced me to keep them penned up for longer and see how it goes. At least that is where I am right now. But I don't know what tomorrow will bring.

To give you an idea of the type of people that we are dealing with...my husband went to go help our neighbor across the road. At the very same time the husband to the witch came home. (He makes his kids get up at 4 AM to ride down and open their so called gate and then walk back to the house. He then expects them to be waiting at the gate when he gets home to let him in if not he screams and calls them horrible names) Well after he pulled through their gate and it was safely locked he bean yelling and trying to provoke my DH. To the point my 77 year old neighbor (that DH was going to help), hollared and said "you *** you are really tough after your kids have locked the gate!" I am in no shape to be dealing with this. My doctor is going to KILL ME. He told me no stress what so ever or it is going to kill me. I think they may just push me over that edge! LOL I think I am going to lose my mind. I want to move far far away from these people. Anyone have a spare room? LOL

Also no tornado just wind rain and hail. But hey that's OKlahoma!

I love you guys and gals and am off to the porch with my cup of coffee. I will update tomorrow. Thanks again to all!

Please do not give up for your boys sakes! I say have your dh go down and cut a hole in the wire fence in the night and get your babies home! I am worried that the people could possibly end up killing the poor little boys just to get back at you.

Please keep the updates coming, they are beautiful birds!

OK Dept of Ag Investigative Services!! They deal with agriculture crimes, esp livestock theft!! I would start HERE. Sure they are just birds, but this is a blatant violation that should be enforced, and you have plenty of documentation.

From this link you can find out what Division you are in and who is your Supervisor. The Supervisors make up the County Board, who are the people that answer to your legislators and are the bosses of the sheriff's office.

Face it, they won this round, however, they haven't won the war. Unless you can entice the birds home, it is a lost cause. Two birds are not worth going to jail for, nor are they worth the loss of your or your husbands lives.

Let them have the birds, but every time you see a chance, call the law on them. Report them to child welfare, call motor vehicle the day after their auto licenses expire. Report them if their dogs get out. Make life hell for them.

If she ever does come to court on the bad check charges, be there in the court. Watch, take good notes. Be there when she is sentenced. If her husband fools around while she is in the penitentiary, make sure she knows about it. When she comes up for parole hearing, be there. Speak up if you get a chance.

She will rue the day she ripped off your birds.

Keep your photo of your boys with your reciept! If you can get someone in power to come out you can use it as proof that you actually have them and they can look in your pen and coop to see if they are there or not.
