No this is not normal.

Has this hand ever hatched eggs before?
Do you have an incubator?

Need a lot more information. Is it hatch day? Is it a chicken egg or another species under a chicken? Did anyone try to "help" it hatch?

Yes. Around 23 days is my best guess.

It’s a chick. My best guess is around 22-23 days. No helping. 3 days ago we had a chick but it drowned in the hens water bowl
