(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yes, I am new to chickens, I got 15 chickens in July 2020.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 12 full grown chickens now.
8 baby chicks, 1 week old.

(3) What breeds do you have?
I was told I have ISA brown mix with Rhode Island Red, 10 in July, now 9 hens.
One Plymouth rooster.
Had one Ameraucana silver rooster.
One Sumatra rooster.
Had one Ameraucana silver hen.
One Ayam cemani hen.

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Lol, this is a tuff question; my favorite aspect of raising BackyardChickens I’d say is how smart they are, how much I can respect the wild.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Some of my other hobbies are staying fit by challenging my body. I also enjoy small/big dyi projects.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have 2 dogs.
My chickens free range all day alone in the woods in a 5 acre perimeter and they happily come back the their omlet eglu run and coop. I absolutely love the Eglu.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D
I found BYC when I began to Google information about chickens. I have been reading since July 2020
I finally decided to join this awesome community because it is awesome. I love the fact that real people share real facts here. This site complemented my confidence into raising chickens. Thank you.
