Hello from Germany

Hi! Welcome to the board. I have only been a member for a couple of months and have learned so much! Wyandottes are my favorite breed. Is there a particular color you are going to get?
In fact I like them all ;) A breeder nearby has the so called "brown-porcelain", "striped" and brown and yellow ones.

Hello, Axel, and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Greetings from New York!
Ever considered getting a Silver Spangled Hamburg?
Oh, they're really beautiful! I cannot find them by german breeders, but I think the german equivalent could be "schwarz-weiß gescheckt". I've to learn a lot more, I believe :)

Would love to see photos when you get them. This is my 2 year old blue laced red hen. received_349825459221129.jpeg
She is gentle and kind.

What a beautiful lady! Nelson is a special retriever-breed - a so called "Flat Coated Retriever". And a lifelong clown, of course :)

Oh I'm silly! You mentioned his breed already! Flat coated retrievers have become somewhat popular here in the last 20 years or so.

Whether Eva is a lady remains to be seen. Her real name is "Resident Eva" after the movie title. Sometimes we call her "Eva Destruction" after that song title. We love her but she is a pain in the neck too.
