Chickens typically develop a resistance to the strains of coccidia found in the soil they live on and only develop coccidiosis if the population explodes as it does in wet conditions. You might look to see if their environment is dry enough.

Thank you for your feedback! Their covered run is 4” gravel with 4” sand on top and drains very well. I think the deep litter inside the coop may be another story. I’ll be removing all of that tomorrow and keeping my fingers crossed that combined with the meds does the trick!
