This beautiful blonde rooster a baby, appeared in my backyard. He is strong and he is well tamed it seems someone has been touching him or holding him and he’s not threatened. This is an amazing bird. Could be trained it seems like to do anything. I’m already in love. He loves human touch he loves to be touched on his feathers and massaged. I was a massage therapist so I figured I do it on the bird… He likes it very much.

But I live with my sister who’s house it is and I need to respect her wishes which is get rid of that immediately. (Any Pet is not allowed) This bird is already therapy for me. He coos and cuddles his head in my hand wiggling it. it’s the cutest thing. But then when I touch him lightly from crown to the tip of his tail he does this kind of Pur. I mean it. And his talking voice also has this kind of Pur in it, was a soothing kind of lyrical cooing communication going on. Anyway I need to find a forever home now for him. Any suggestions from here would be so appreciated.

Welcome to BYC!!

Gosh, I hope instead that you find a new home for both of you to live together. This is clearly YOUR rooster, not just "a" rooster. ;)

Post some pictures of this baby of yours. It will help find him a home.

I hope you both find happiness, together or apart
