Yeah, the laying thing is probably to do with the light. It should get back to normal in spring, or earlier if you want to give them some extra light. But I read you have them with light already, so I'm not so sure. I'm not experienced with this problem, you should try maybe the "Chicken behaviour and egglaying" section for more answers.
