That is probably where I would start. Soak, pick off the scab and try to squeeze fluid and/or pus out.Does She have a pool? Also, soak her feet in an Epson salt bath. Try to pray of the scab and squeeze the stuff out. Ice it to keep the swelling down. Put some Neosporin or some natural antiseptic cream on the wound and wrap it so it doesn't get infected.
