Help! 11 degrees ºF outside and need some water!

I guess laying it down might be risky, without a 'cage' to keep it from touching the plastic.

That's why I did it the way I did. I didn't want it touching the plastic. I'll probably make a cage for it though then I will lay it flat.

That one's been around for years.
I like the upgrades they show,
especially the cake pan to protect the electrical from water spillage....
...cause that open socket under there kinda scares me.
