My white Silkie hatched on Saturday 11th August at 3pm (3days ago) it isn’t coming out from under the heater. It won’t eat or drink, I’ve tried dipping it’s beak into the water etc and it’s just not interested in it.

The heat
The only thing I can suggest is this: We had chicks in the bathtub under a heat lamp (which we no longer use, because the "Mama heat pads" are far better. BUT...one chick was under the heat lamp and it was actually overheating. The chick became lethargic and basically collapsed under the lamp, not even trying to go to another part of the tub where it was cooler. We pulled the heat lamp, the chick cooled off, and became responsive again. So you might try dropping the temperature a bit. How hot is it where the chick is now? And what, exactly is the heat source?
the heat source is a brooder that I bought. I’ve used it with other hatches and had no problems. When I take it out from under the heat it will chirp loudly till it’s back under it. I’ve attached a picture of the brooder I’ve got

It’s slightly away from it. I’ve separated it from my other chicks so it’s in a smaller cage
That's probably a problem. It needs to have another chick in with it to encourage it to eat and drink. Are the others eating? Did this chick hatch on its own? Where are the eggs from? Are it's eyes open? Is it walking?

I’ve only separated them yesterday because the other ones are a few days older and can pick on it. The others are buff Orpington’s and are eating and drinking. They all went into the incubator at same time but the silkie hatched a few days after them. I bought the eggs from a reputable place called Durham hens. It’s eyes are open and it chirps abit. It kind of waddles if I move it from under the heater to get back under it

It might just be a failure to thrive chick. Don't be too upset if it doesn't make it.
You can try putting a drop of molasses on your finger, holding it right on the tip of his bill, and let him drink it off. That will give him a good little boost.
