Help! 4 day old chick sick

I have a 4 day old chick who randomly start not moving around eating or drinking they are breathing heavy and not alert still Chris's some but hardly I Haye Given water and some really water down food and am using a heating pad but it has a clicking while breathing what do I do

It sounds like it inhaled some water or food, how is the heating pad set up? It may not be warm enough. What is it eating?

Is she pooping?
Able to eat/drink on her own?
Did the clicking start when she was given water?

Can you feel all over her body for anything that feels like an air bubble or air pocket under the skin, it will look sort of like a swelling under the skin.
