It could just be some intestinal lining or it could be cocci. If her next poop looks that way it's definitely cocci.
Most of both of their poos look like that (though some normal ones) She is more lethargic, but Ash is taking care of he (small comfort, but it's really sweet to watch) Ash and I have been making her drink to keep her hydrated. I rang the breeder last night and she gave me advice about the respitory infection - it's going away. But now they both have varying degrees of cocci and worms! Mums going into town early this afternoon and I am going with her to get some coccidiostat and some wormer (or stuff for the original birds is past it's used by date) I will also get some garlic (maybe) I have been using apple cider vinigar until I can get to the shops this arvo. Thanks for your help!Bloody poop in an 8 week old is usually from coccidiosis. You can go ahead and treat with Coxoid or Amprollium, or get a fecal float by your vet by taking in some fresh dropping. I would treat for coccidiosis.
