Is anybody able to tell me what these bumps on my chicken are and how I’m able to treat it?I recently noticed that she had these bumps around her face and she’s been loosing a lot of feathers which I’m assuming its because she’s older than a year but she’s my only chicken with these weird bumps

It may be Fowl Pox, interesting there are none on her wattles. Could be injury, hard to tell.

I'd watch those places. If it's Fowl Pox, it generally will resolve on its own over the course of several weeks. Some folks paint the lesions with Iodine to help them dry up a bit quicker, that would be up to you.

It does look like she's in molt too. See that she's eating her normal feed and drinking well. Sometimes birds like a little extra protein during molt, you can supply her with small treat of egg, fish (tuna, sardines, mackerel) or meat a few times a week to give her a boost.
