Help please! I have 2 call eggs hatching in a Brinsea mini eco 2. One hatched fully yesterday early hours, it’s been flipping around on its side for 24 hrs now. Seems energetic enough and is peeping but hasn’t been able to sit up yet. The other was an assisted hatch and has been sitting absorbing yolk for 24 hrs too. How long do ducklings take to sit up after hatching? Is the one who can’t stand sick? It’s just pushing it’s self around in circles! Hoping this is normal?

I hatched regular ducks not calls they were pretty clumsy when first hatched but found their feet pretty soon. If that ones still flipping and sliding after its that dry somethings wrong.

Can I ask what ended up happening with this baby? Because I’m having the same problem! It hatched this morning, but it still getting around the incubator on its side. I try to stand it upright, it just falls back to the side.
