help..any ideas on breed of this banty pretty pullet?

Shape is all wrong for a cochin. And it looks to be pea combed to me. Body shape, legs, head shape, & comb all point to Brahma to me.

I agree the shape is wrong for a cochin or Pekin. Is it a pea comb or a very small single though? Can't be sure by the photo.

Sure looks like a pea comb to me....I copied the pic to another program and zoomed way in, it is a pea comb.

Her comb is also slightly smaller compared to my two other pullets ..shes also most skittish and i handle them all equally

I hate to say it but it sounds like your other two may be cockerels.... cockerels will be less skittish (bolder) and have redder combs....
How old are they?

Also, I believe I have read somewhere (but I may be wrong) that at this time of year TSS get their chicks from small local suppliers, so it could possibly be a cross breed.

In that case it is very likely a Brahma bantam. I scrap my original booted bantam idea.
