
Don't misunderstand, I am not trying to slam or discourage anyone on this thread. I'm right there with ya and I think peer support is incredibly important to losing weight

For folks with joint problems, I am an aqua therapy advocate. I have fibro and it's the only type of excercise I can do, and I LOVE IT. Even just trying to keep your butt from floating up is excercise....
And for you folks who like ZUMBA - now there is now an Aqua ZUMBA class in my small town. Once I'm fit enough to keep up, I'm joining.

Perchie, have you ever tried to get a gym and/or healthy diet plan to sponsor you? You can be a walking advertisement for them! If it were me, I'd give it a shot. Who knows, you may wind up with a personal trainer who can coach you with exercise and diet....
