Mashed garlic I've tried too, a few people on BYC recommended it.

Mineral oil is what should be used because it is not digestable. My thoughts would be to keep her hydrated and put vitamins (baby ones without iron) in her water and then maybe see if she can take some very soft food maybe baby food would be good and probiotics. The danger is that if there is a blockage then the food will go off in her crop so massage her crop gently to help her pass it through.
Blockages occur when hens eat long grass and suchlike and it kind if balls up inside them. So oil can help although I'm not sure which one would be best.
Don't despair we are routing for her, and you. Just do your best.
I think you'd be best with either a tube or a syringe to feed her. You could try raw egg too.
Very best of luck xx
Because she drinks and her crop is slow to empty and probably producing gas. try gently squeezing he gas out and then tell us how much water is in there. How much did she weigh at the vet? Her weight should be on your receipt.why does her crop keep filling up with liquid for?
*If* she has a blockage that won't pass or won't cause a major infection *and* she won't eat, then yes, you would have to tube her to keep her alive, right? Give the mineral oil the time it needs to work it's way through her system.also, will I have to do this for the rest of her life????
