HELP! Baby chick’s neck hurting!

It will be for a bit, I fear. You can try adding vitamin E to her food. Empty a capsule of vitamin E for people into it. Maybe wet pellets. If you don't have or can't get any, you can give a poultry multivitamin that has E in it.
Okay, thank you so much!

It sounds like she may have been injured. Wry neck is a symptom of injury, vitamin deficiency, and is sometimes seen in a few diseases such as Mareks and others. Along with vitamin E, give some B complex vitamins since thiamine or B1 is also needed. Give a few bites of cooked scrambled egg which contains selenium. Something like Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell tonic would have all of those. If she is able to eat and drink normally, I would keep her with other chicks her age. Were there any older chickens with her when she was injured or showed symptoms?

Her two other siblings and her two moms, she doesn’t want to eat now, and she’s laying on her side.

It sounds more to me like she maybe ran into something and hurt her neck, rather than it being wry neck. She might have startled and slammed her head into the top of something.

She could have done that, she’s not eating or drinking, we been working went her and when you turn her up side down she’s in pain but She has no strength in her left leg so she fall to the left side...

If it hurts to turn her upside down then don't do that.
She doesn't need in that position anyway:(

Can try dropping some water beside her beak so she can take it in? If she can't drink on her own she's going to dehydrate quickly.
I would do as suggested by Eggcessive and get some vitamins into her.
If she is in a great deal of pain, then consider putting her out of her misery.
