Help!! Baby chick did not absorb yolk and something white is hanging out vent... Pics, please help!!

This lil guy was born 24 hours ago. He did not absorb the yolk sack fully and something white appears stuck in the vent. Please help explain. Will it be okay is there anything I should do??

Yes the remaining yolk sac absorbed and what was left dried up and fell off, he also had pasty butt, and was my first chick with it. But he is all better now!
