HELP baby chicks eye is shut, but now swollen

It seems like the chickens eye didn’t fully develop, it is very cloudy almost as if it’s not even there
Pic please ... Is it still closed? Did you treat, if you did what did you do/use? Can it see? Do you have it isolated or with others?
