Help?! Brahma chicken.. female?

Can anyone tell me from the looks of the photos? I was told they were sexed to be female, not sure what that means..I was thinking I would have hens but then was told we wouldn’t know.. I am not allowed to have males.roosters that is.. my kids are getting attached and so am I, just really wish we knew..😫

How old?....I think they are too young to be sexed accurately. Brahmas mature slower (I think?)

I agree, they are a bit too little.
What they mean by sexing is that they check the chick's vent when he/she is little to determine the gender. This is not always accurate, though. Normally, you would have about 50/50 males and females. But with vent sexing, there is less possibility you will get a rooster. For me, 1 out of 10 chicks was a rooster.:)
 
I have light brahmas (the white with black colors) and have raised several batches of babies. I agree with the others--it's too soon to tell. I wait until 2 12 months [usually] and I watch for saddle feathers that will look strikingly pointed compared to the females. Also their comb and wattles will be more pronounced, sooner than the females. Occasionally there will be signs of maleness early on, but it's rare in my experience.
