HELP brownish membrane around external pip

This happened to two of my eggs before. The membrane turns brown when it’s exposed for too long. When I noticed the membrane turning brown, I let the eggs be for about 8 more hours to see if the chick made anymore progress. Neither of mine did, so I zipped the egg for them and carefully peeled back the membrane. You need to keep the membrane wet in order to see if there are any blood vessels while you are peeling it. Dap it with a q-tip and if you see any blood or in tact vessels STOP peeling! Otherwise, after you zip the egg and help with the membrane a bit, the chick should be able to push itself out. Good luck :)

I have duckling trying to hatch where it pop is brown I brought him out and peel the way a little bit of the shell and I see him moving in there but it looks like he stuck and there's no opening where I peeled it back

I would start a new thread for the fastest response. Best of luck!

??I'm new here
Welcome! My comment was not any criticism; new threads with no responses get more attention faster than follow ups to old threads. Just wanted your concern to get addressed by an expert as fast as possible.

I hope your hatchling is doing well and you are getting good info! I'm not a hatchling expert myself but I've seen this article shared if you haven't had a personal reply that might help:
