HELP! CHICK CANT WALK

My button quail chick is three days old now, he can't walk he just lies there on the floor sometimes he'd kick his legs but he just won't walk. help!!!

That doesn't look too good.... did you hatch him?
Some chicks are just really weak, and are not able to survive.

I did help him he was stuck and all his egg had dried up he is refusing to eat and drink and I'm trying my best and stuff please help!

Yes, that is really too bad. I have had chicks that I needed to assist in hatching, but they were just too weak. You've dipped his beak in water?
