Help! Chick hatched a couple of hours ago with yolk sac not fully absorbed i think (update: not a yolk sac)

Is that what it is? should I do the cup trick or is that too risky (because I have to open the incubator) for the ones who haven't hatched yet? Is it too late? Blood is everywhere in the incubator! Help!

It is not the umbilical cord. That is very wrong. Take it out immediately and examine it. It's not yolk either. Looks like a prolapse of some kind. The eggs in.the incubator will be fine. This is a life threatening situation, which you need to address quickly.
 
Take him out, and post more pics. Looks like intestines. I'm sorry. I don't know how he'll recover from this.
I don't want to take him out of the incubator because he seems to be doing okay, just a little tired like the rest of the chicks. I don't think its intestines.

Okay I moved him to a box with a heat lamp and scrambled eggs. He isn't moving, breathing though. My mom thinks its internal bleeding.
