How long will it take for her yolk sack to absorb?

I think it depends on each chick. Some might absorb quickly, some might take a day or two. Since this was an early hatch it may take a while.

Well now her other chicks are having problems they’re membranes seem to be all bloody and I’m not even sure if one of them is alive.

This is extremely frustrating. I want to get rid of this hen after all of this is done.

It might not be a hen problem. Make sure it's not a nutritional thing or something like that, ya know? I would add agreement to the others comments advising you to keep the membranes moist, and also keep the cup in a warm place.

Now I have two hospital chicks. Both with the same problem but the black one doesn’t have it as bad.

They both seem to be doing well not deteriorating but maybe doing better even. The yellow one seems more active than when I first got her. But neither have opened their eyes.

Yay and aww!! Good breathing and cheeping are awesome signs. Make sure they are warm so they don't get chilled. Come on lil cheeps, you can do it!!
