Help!! Chicken has gone down hill over night!!!

I would treat her with Amprolium (Harker's Coxoid) AND the Oxy.
It may not be Coccidiosis, could be Enteritis, but Coccidia can be a complication. Hard to know what's going on there.
Give her a little white cooked rice with buttermilk daily along with her normal feed too.

OR at least that's what I would do if she were mine.

We don’t have that, we are in the Uk, I’ll give her some vermx which treats most things naturally along with the Oct.

Yes. You *should* have Harker's Coxoid (Amprolium) in the UK that is why I suggested that specific name. "Corid" is what Amprolium is called in the US.

VermX will not treat Coccidia which is a protozoa. You will want to source the Amprolium which is a Coccidiostat.

No I mean I can’t get it, we live too far away from local vet shops and all the other stuff needed we’d have to get behind counter.

Put the coccidiostat on your shopping list then. I live far out in the mountains long miles from stores so I keep a variety of medical supplies on hand for my chickens so I can treat immediately when illness arises. Chickens can die while you wait for supplies to be shipped to you. I advise you to do the same.

Enteritis is a bacterial corrosion of the intestines. It can happen from parasites irritating the intestinal lining or from unknown causes. Your chicken shows definite signs of enteritis, and it's fatal if untreated. Use the antibiotic as @LaFleche instructed.

Try to get some Sulfadimethoxine 3,0 g. It will treat coccidia and a lot of other issues, as there are infections of the digestive system originated by Salmonella, Coli bacteria and all kind of infections of the respiratory system etc.

Your vet should be able to provide it.

Thank you @LaFleche for assisting this member from the UK. This is a good example of why we all benefit when new members fill out their profiles to include location. We in the US can't always offer efficient help when the treatments may not be available where a member in need lives.

Valuable time is saved when we know location and can summon help from other members in the general area. It really cuts down the time that could be devoted to treatment of a sick chicken and also help the member tract down the most suitable products and where to get them and how to use them.

Ok thank you, today she's not looking as bad but is drinking copious amounts of water and not eating much. Is there any reason for it? I've asked my mum to give her some scrambled egg to get her appetite up, if she doesn't eat that then what should we try giving her?
