Help!! Chicken with lump on head

Today I noticed my chick has a lump on the top of her head. The lump feels squishy like an air sac or balloon that's starting to loose air. I can try and post pictures later but any ideas of what this could be?

Is it a crested breed, like a Polish or Silkie? They have a skull defect, which gives them the crest, so you could be feeling this.

No he's a mixed breed some not sure which rooster with a Delaware
