Help!! Chicken with sprained or broken neck!! Help!!!

Ok! We will not be able to bring him because the car is tiny and we have 5 people in a 5 person car. The trunk will be packed with clothes. HE CAN LIFT HIS HEAD BY HIMSELF!! IT is only the leg injury that is keeping him NOW. HIS HEAD is still weak, so he cantor peck, but he WILL be able to drink and eat liquids and semi-liquid!!! So, he can eat the carrot paste!!

HE CAN LIFT HIS HEAD!! HE WAS CROWING IN THE MORNING!!! HE just cannot walk. Due to our internet, i will not be posting today. That was the reason i was not posting yesterday, too. AND, we were at a amusement park.
