(Help)Chicks with coccidiosis? What is the dosage per pint?

Found this in the chick house today. Looks like blood to me. They don’t have a gallon of water to drink form I I was wondering if anyone could give me the dosage per pint. Thanks to anyone who helps out.

You mix up a gallon, pour the solution into their waterer and put the rest in the aside (in a dark, cool location is best).
The next day, you dump and clean their waterer and pour fresh solution in from the original container.

One full week at the 2 tsp per gallon level.
Another week at the 1 tsp per gallon level.
No vitamin or mineral supplements during treatment.
When they are done (treat the entire flock with no other drinking water source other than the Corid water), start them on a good probiotic for several weeks to help rebalance their guts.
