Help! Crushed egg? Chick bloody but still breathing

Ok looking for a little more help! Was hoping by now the little chick would be improving, however it barely opens its eyes, just a little when its startled or you pick it up. It also is not eating at all. I've tried starter, mash, scrambled egg, it has no interest at all. It is drinking the water I gave it, which has probiotic and electrolytes. And I tried a little sugar water which it drank but did not seem to make any improvements. It is constantly sleepy, nodding off over and over. When it's not sleeping its peeping furiously. I'm not sure what else to try :idunno

Any suggestions?

I agree with the Nutridrench if you have some. I wipe my finger on the dropper, then transfer it to the side of the chicks beak. Follow up with clear water. Is it with other chicks?

Agree on the Nutridrench. You can also use a Q-tip to brush it along side the chick's beak. Keep offering it honey/sugar water and make sure it is warm and dry. It's been through a rough hatch, so maybe it just needs some extra rest.

Was wondering this too.

I use same ...soaked qtip held against side of beak will allow fluid to seep into beak, gently rubbing front of throat can stimulate chick to swallow.

Try to add some glucose to the water, at least it will have some calories to burn.

It's not with other chicks. Unfortunately one of the "moms" already pecked the second chick to hatch to death, and their is only one other chick left now, who they are good to. I have one other broody who has 3 eggs under her, but they still have a week to go.

I dont currently have nutridrench, but I can get some tomorrow.

The chick drinks very well on it's own, although it does seem to hold its beak in the air for an excessively long time after taking a sip. I will try getting the nutridrench tomorrow and the qtip trick if need be.

I really appreciate everyone's inputs!! :hugs

I like the q-tip idea also. That stuff is a little thicker than water, and the dropper is very difficult (for me, at least) to get a tiny chick to sip directly from it, especially without making a huge mess.
Another picture(s) please! She looks so tiny and cuuute!
